Sean Maye is one of the area’s most well known and accomplished
track and field athletes. In high school he was State Champion three
times and an All American. He was also the recipient of the
prestigious “Atlanta Area Track Man of the Year Award” after his
stellar performance at the state meet winning all three events he was
entered in. While attending Junior College in 1991 he won a Gold Medal
at the World University Games in Sheffield, England. He then attended
Brigham Young University where he competed in the 200, 400, and 800
meter events as well as the high jump. Sean was an eight time All WAC,
All Conference Champ and a three time WAC Track & Field Champion.
After college Sean ran for Team Nike for 6 years where he was ranked
amongst the top athletes in the USA and the World. In 1997 he won his
second Gold Medal at the World Indoor Championships in Paris, France.
Sean went on to receive his Bachelor and Master Degree from
Brigham Young University.

Sean has developed a unique and effective program that produces
results. He accomplishes this by not only focusing on the physical
aspect of running, but also by combining a mixture of workouts
designed to increase your mental and physical strength while
developing your natural speed, especially those whose event is the
40-1600M. Sean is a drug free athlete who knows what it takes to be
the best at any level.
